Ⅰ. The pile density of the carpet

The carpet can be touched by hand. The pile quality of the product is high, and the density of the carpet surface is full. Such a carpet has good elasticity, resistance to trampling, wear resistance, comfort and durability.

Here is a reminder to consumers not to choose the plush method to choose the carpet. On the surface, it looks velvety and beautiful, but the pile density is loose and the pile is easy to fall and deform. Such a carpet is not resistant to trampling and has lost the unique characteristics of the carpet. Performance, not durable.

Ⅱ. Color fastness of the area rugs

The carpets of various colors, such as beige wall to wall carpets, are soft and beautiful. When choosing a carpet, you can rub your hands or a test cloth on the surface of the carpet several times to see if there is any color on the hand or the test cloth. It is easy to appear discoloration and fading during use, which will affect the aesthetic effect of the carpet during laying and use.

Ⅲ. Peeling strength of carpet backing

The back of the tufted carpet is glued with a layer of grid base cloth with latex, and the peeling strength index of the backing is ≥25N according to the standard. When consumers choose this type of carpet, they can gently tear the base cloth with their hands to see the degree of adhesion. If the adhesion is not high, the base cloth and the carpet body will easily separate, and this kind of carpet is not durable.

Ⅳ.  Look at the appearance quality of the carpet

When choosing a carpet, consumers should check whether the carpet surface is flat, whether the edge of the carpet is straight, whether there are defects, spots, and color differences. Especially when choosing a tufted carpet, check whether the back of the carpet is out of liner and seepage. Such phenomena can prevent the carpet from bulging and inequality during laying and use, and losing the effect of comfort and beauty.
