Piece Dying Carpet

Piece‑dyed carpet starts from pre‑dyed yarn. Yarns are first dyed to target colours, then tufted into greige carpet goods. Afterwards the whole tufted greige carpet goes through full‑piece beck dyeing process for secondary colour fixation and colour homogenisation. It delivers rich, saturated colour options with flexible colour tuning, achieving uniform solid‑tone appearance for various interior projects.
Piece‑dyed carpets are suitable for both residential and commercial spaces, providing cost‑effective flooring performance without compromising comfort and durability.

Optimised for solid‑colour carpet projects; fine‑tune shade to meet final project requirements.
Realises even colour penetration across full carpet width, minimising cross‑width colour deviation.
