Partial batch delivery is available to match the phased construction schedule of decoration works.

We independently developed a mini-program for smart ordering that supports full online operations. You can browse patterns online, customize carpet lengths, and submit orders with one click, with no minimum order quantity required. After order submission, data is transmitted to production machines instantly without delay, and TIF production files are seamlessly connected to the production line, eliminating manual data entry entirely. You can track real-time production progress after placing an order with full visual management, greatly cutting down communication lead time.

We maintain an extensive pattern library updated daily with trending commercial designs, housing tens of thousands of original design drafts, spatial renderings and real-site installation photos of finished projects. Customers are allowed to upload exclusive new patterns. Equipped with built-in AI intelligent pattern recognition technology, the system can automatically analyze uploaded photos and convert them into print-ready files for production, lowering the threshold for custom customization.

Powered by automated intelligent production lines, we achieve four core advantages: zero leftover carpets, zero inventory backlog, zero bottom waste, and support for pattern restart technology.

On one hand, it realizes zero material loss during production and greatly cuts project procurement costs. On the other hand, it enables seamless pattern matching without misalignment or splicing defects for large-area wall-to-wall installation, perfectly fitting large commercial spaces such as hotel lobbies and exhibition halls.

We fully support OEM & ODM commercial customization services. Corporate logos and project-exclusive patterns can be printed on carpets. We can develop new patterns based on drawings or physical samples provided by clients. We strictly protect the copyright of all customer patterns, and exclusive designs will never be provided to any other projects.

All our commercial carpets comply with national low-VOC environmental standards and come with Class B1 fire retardant performance as standard. We can supply full free certification documents covering wear resistance, flame retardancy and environmental performance for domestic project approval and overseas customs clearance.

High-traffic corridors, lobbies and mall walkways: Tufted nylon carpets, which are wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and less prone to pilling.

Standard offices and meeting rooms: Polypropylene carpet tiles with high cost performance, meeting basic commercial demands.

Star hotels and high-end clubs: Piece-dyed and printed wall-to-wall nylon carpets featuring delicate colors and a soft foot feel.

Homedec solemnly promises that all our commercial engineering carpets are covered by a 10-year quality warranty under standard and normal commercial usage conditions.

Warranty coverage includes defects in raw materials, manufacturing flaws, glue separation, abnormal large-area color fading and bulk carpet bubbling.

Damage caused by cigarette burns, scratches from sharp heavy objects, long-term soaking in water and intentional vandalism is not covered by the warranty.

Regularly vacuum dust on a daily basis; wipe mild stains with neutral detergent. For high-traffic commercial areas, deep cleaning is recommended every six months. A complete commercial carpet maintenance manual will be provided together with your order.

We support multi-modal transport including sea freight, air freight and door-to-door delivery. We can assist with customs declaration documents and certificates of origin. We accept all trade terms such as FOB, CIF and DDP, and provide stable full-container shipment services for overseas chain commercial clients on a long-term basis.
